Procedures for temporary residence registration for foreign investors in Ho Chi Minh City
Conditions for granting temporary residence cards to foreign investors
-Passport validity of foreigners must be more than 01 year;
-Visas currently in use in Vietnam must have the symbols DT1, DT2; DT3;ĐT4;
-Documents proving the capital contribution or capital investment in the company in Vietnam according to Article 7 of Decree 152/2020ND-CP.
Dossier of application for temporary residence card for foreign investors
-Application form for temporary residence card with photo;
-Passports of foreigners applying for temporary residence cards;
-Notarized copy of Business Registration Certificate, Investment License which clearly and clearly shows the foreign investor’s capital contribution;
-Registration of seal and signature samples for the first time at the Immigration Agency (Form NA16);
-Official letter and application for temporary residence card for foreigners (Form NA6);
-Application form for temporary residence card for foreigners (Form NA8);
-Original passport and visa (passport valid for at least 13 months and visa to enter Vietnam for the right purpose);
-A certificate of temporary residence registration or a foreigner’s temporary residence registration book certified by the police of the ward or commune where the foreigner is temporarily residing in Vietnam;
-02 personal photos with size 2cm x 3cm.
