Permanent residence application documents In Vietnam
Content of permanent residence documents consist[1]:
1.Application form;
2.Criminal Record issued by competent authorities in which you are citizen;
3.A attested copy of passport;
4.Documents prove lawful living place and stable incomes that ensure a decent standard of living in Vietnam;
Lawful living place documents such as: certificate of land use rights and ownership of houses; home sale contracts; certificate for using apartment;…
Proving incomes documents such as: taxes return, payroll, passbook, bills (electricity bills, water bills, phone bills,…)
5.Beside documents above, cases as below are also required additional documents:
Case (2) a request note from the agency managing your expert fields and the a diplomatic note from your representative mission’s country, demand to grant you a permanent residence status.
Case (3) a note of sponsorship.
Significances[2]: Documents in case (4) only need:
+ Application form;
+ One of proving lawful temporarily residence documents such as: certificate for temporarily residing; temporarily residence card;
+ A description of explaning temporary time spent in Vietnam, certified by the police of the commune, ward or town where the stateless person temporarily resides.
