Procedure to get Vietnam permanent residence card[1]
Step 1: Preparing a dossier in accordance with law

Step 2[2]: Applying documents
Case (1) (2): Submit at Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
Case (3) (4): Submit at Division of Immigration administration offices in province.

Signifinaces:
- Working time from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays, holidays).
- In dossier’s invalid situation, The immigration authority shall be guided you complete documents, and do not receive them until sufficiency.
- Time that considers granting the permanent residence status does not exceed 6 months.
Step 3[3]: Receiving permanent residence card
After getting a notification of the provincial police, you have 3 months to affiliated them so as to receiving the permanent residence card.
Note[4]: Fee is 100 USD/card
